to Kidz Get Fit. A Unique Approach to Helping Kids Get
Fit
Kidz Get Fit offer a unique approach to helping children
get fit. This involves encouraging the
children to exercise in a fun and new way. Kidz Get
Fit are helping develop building blocks to a healthier
lifestyle. We offer:

fun and safe approach to teaching exercise to children,
in a controlled and disciplined environment. |

Equipment
and props can be introduced in the classes; for
example parachutes, bean bags hoops etc. |

Courses
can be run in five or six week blocks, depending
on term time. Each course will present exercise
in a different way, to maintain the interest and
enthusiasm of the children. |
Kidz Get Fit Holiday Camp News - Summer 2009
Kidz Get Fit, for the February 2009 half term, will
be running Multi Sports Camp, Performing
Arts High School Musical workshops and Urban
Break Dancing workshops this Summer. For further

Get Fit Employment Opportunity
Dance/Cheerleading
staff required to work part time within schools and
community centre’s within the region. Must have previous
teaching experience, a bubbly outgoing personality and
access to own transport. CRB clearance is required.
Hours are flexible and wages are competitive. All successful
applicants will operate on a self-employment basis through
a company that delivers classes to over 200 schools
in the Newcastle upon Tyne area. Please contact the

Get Fit Mini Gym Programme
The
Mini Gym programme has been developed around the Key
Stage 1 age group (4years to 7years). It provides advice
on a 'healthy lifestyle' to the children and their parents,
information on how the heart and lungs work, plus of

Cheerleading Satellite Clubs
Kidz
Get Fit would like to make you aware of the many local
cheerleading satellite clubs within the region. There
are cheerleading clubs currently operating accross the
North East from Newcastle upon Tyne to South Shields
